Respect

There is a quiet harmony in our breathing
A gentle respect for time and space
Alice tidies up the can lids
So many purple ties we can't keep track any more
She laughs
I snuggle under the covers
There is a brilliant shine to the day
A far off wonder
I hope we can dream of moonbeams and liquorice she smiles
I just hope for rest
A small break from light and sound
There is a quiet harmony in our breathing
A gentle respect for time and space.

Respect for time and space would universally cover all impending eventualities. Rightly so Jae!

  15. There is such a soft gentleness to the whole of this piece. It exudes the very essence of respect. Now, if only the world at large could learn to respect that time and space we are each given,
